2020 Pearcey Oration delivered by John Blackburn AO

The Pearcey Oration is presented each year by an eminent thought-leader reflecting on critical contemporary issues impacting our nation, arising from the introduction and adoption of new and advanced technologies into our society.

In 2020, the Oration explored the very pertinent topic of Resilience, specifically: How do we address our resilience and preparedness in this age of mistrust?

The Oration was presented in conjunction with the Victorian State Entrepreneur Award – presented to an outstanding individual(s) who has “taken a risk and made a difference” in the Victorian ICT industry.

This is the 12th year for the Pearcey Oration and the 21st year for the Pearcey Victorian Entrepreneur Award.
