Remembering Graeme Philipson

It is now a year since we lost a remarkable colleague.

Graeme Philipson was a poet, an author, an IT journalist and commentator.

The Pearcey Foundation had commissioned Graeme to write a definitive history of Australia in the digital age. At his death he had almost completed the first section of this major work. The Pearcey Foundation has resolved to publish the work Graeme had completed and to ensure we continue the project he had initiated.

The IT Girl by Ann Moffatt

This is a remarkable book. It is frank, insightful and at times hard hitting.
It traces the life, loves and career path, in UK and Australia, of a courageous and very competent woman from the earliest days of the computer age, through to the current times.
